Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of being placed, but please allow up to 14 days. If at any time it becomes clear we are unable to fulfil your order within this timeframe we will contact you via email and keep you up to date with progress

 

Postage

We use Royal Mail for UK delivery and second class postage is free to the Uk. We have also on occasion arranged "emergency" gift deliveries, email if you need help.

 

We also ship worldwide with customers all over the globe, we use Royal Mail, Air Mail and the site will automatically calculate shipping costs as you go through the order process.


If the cost of delivery to your location is not listed or you have special requirements then please let us know and we will give you a specific price.

 

Size

The following is a guide for men only, but ladies and children's shirts are on the way, let us know what you would like to see.

 

Because of the range of colours required we currently use different suppliers for our White shirts and sizing is slightly different,

The above is a guide only as given by the manufacturers, but if your shirt doesn't fit on delivery then simply return it to us and we will exchange it for you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Petrolthreads our goal is total customer satisfaction, if you are not happy for any reason then just return your item to us unworn, using the method below and within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
