Well the year is really rolling along, just a week since Fathers Day which was a real sucess, I hope I have helped improve the quality of gift for you hard working Dad's out there.
Things have been going from strength to strength here at Petrolthreads, with some brilliant coverage in the motoring press, a big thankds to Octaine, Classic and Sportscar, Retro Ford, and of course Evo, not to mention our friends over at Auto Italia who invited us to pop along to their brilliant Italian Car Day at Brooklands, here are a couple of pictures of my boy Henry who helped me out on the day, we couldn't resist getting a few shots next to some of our favourite motors.

Well, having just about recovered from the Chritmas rush, it's nearly the end of January already, the festive season proved a great sucess and I just wanted to just say a big thanks to our new friends at Classic Ford, Custom Car and Evo magazines for their support, and helping us spread the word.
Since we started we have added two fantastic new motorsport designs and this week some logo shirts which I had been getting requests for, we also have nearly ready to go to print a new design featuring the mark 1 Escort which I know is going to be a big hit.
I also just wanted to say a big thank you for the positive comments and feedback, it makes a real difference to hear, so please keep it coming.

We have arrived!
After what seems like an eternity Petrolthreads is finally up and running, in future this will be the place to get any news but for now I just wanted to say a big thank you to those who have helped to get us off the ground.
Firstly Mat Ineson the man whose brilliant designs gave birth to this whole project, Mat is based in New Zealand and his day job is as a world class motor sport mechanic.

Secondly a big thank you Bonnie Jones my long suffering web guru, and her colleage Rob Haswell who makes the shop bit work
And of course my wife Jules who has had to listen to me go on endlessly about the site for months now.
I would also like to thank all the friends and colleagues who have helped with feedback along the way, in particular Julian who has been really supportive, this is turning into an oscar speech now, I'd like to thank my Mum, the academy, my primary school English teacher and anyone else who knows me.
